Most stores are live within a day. Install the app, connect your diamond feed (a demo feed is pre-connected so you can test immediately), map your ring settings, and enable the builder through the theme editor. Our team assists with onboarding on all paid plans.

The app works with all standard Shopify plans and any Online Store 2.0 theme via theme app extensions — no manual code editing of your theme is required. If you use a heavily customized or legacy theme, contact us and we'll verify compatibility before you subscribe.

No. Supplier connection, markup rules, filters and page content are all managed from a visual admin. For anything beyond the built-in options, our team offers paid customization — see the Add-on Plans page.

Yes. The free demo plan lets you install the app, explore the full admin, and run the complete builder flow using demo diamond data — no charge until you upgrade to a paid plan.

No manual uploads. The app connects to a live supplier feed, so certified diamond listings, prices, images and 360° videos stay up to date automatically. You only manage your ring settings as regular Shopify products.

Every plan includes one supplier integration — the TPS demo feed for evaluation, or your primary supplier configured during onboarding. Additional integrations are available as add-on packages, including:

• Your own inventory via CSV/API feed

Yes. You define markup rules over the supplier feed price (flat or tiered), so shoppers always see your retail price. Multi-currency display is handled through Shopify Markets.

Diamonds in the feed carry IGI or GIA certification, with certificate badges shown on listings and grading details available to shoppers before purchase.

17+ storefront filters, including shape, carat, cut, color, clarity, certification, price range, polish, symmetry and fluorescence. Shape compatibility syncs automatically with the selected ring setting, so shoppers only see diamonds that fit.

Shoppers move through Choose Setting → Choose Diamond → Complete Ring. They can start from either a setting or a diamond, review the completed ring with combined pricing, select a ring size, and add it to cart. Built-in 4Cs education pages help first-time buyers choose confidently.

The app auto-creates the final ring product via the Shopify Admin API and stores it in a hidden collection, so your catalog stays clean. The order appears in Shopify like any other, with the setting and diamond details captured for fulfilment.

Yes — your existing payment gateways, taxes, discounts and shipping settings all apply. There's no external checkout or redirect.

Yes. The app supports separate shipping/delivery timelines for the setting and the diamond, communicated to the shopper so expectations are set correctly for made-to-order rings.

Yes, via Shopify Markets — storefront labels can be translated and prices displayed in the shopper's local currency.

Out of the box, the builder inherits your theme's fonts and base styles, and the admin lets you adjust colors, labels and layout options. For pixel-perfect brand alignment, our design customization packages cover fully bespoke styling.

Yes. Common requests include custom filters, engraving fields, additional builder steps (e.g. pendant or earring flows), B2B pricing logic and CRM integrations. These are scoped and delivered as paid customization work — start with the Custom plan request form.

Yes — with a multi-supplier add-on package, feeds are merged into a single searchable listing with per-supplier markup rules, de-duplication and unified filtering.

Yes. TransPacific Software also offers Melee Diamonds, Pendant Builder and Earring Builder apps, and can build custom configurators for other jewelry categories on request.

The app is a monthly Shopify subscription with tiered plans, starting with a free demo plan. Billing is handled securely through Shopify — it appears on your regular Shopify invoice, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the admin.

No. We don't take a commission on your sales. You pay only the subscription plus any add-on packages you choose.

Your ring setting products remain in your store (they're normal Shopify products). Hidden auto-created ring products can be cleaned up on request, and app data is removed in line with Shopify's data privacy requirements.
