Most integrations go live within 2–4 weeks depending on platform and feed. Standard RapNet or Nivoda connections on Shopify/WooCommerce can be faster; enterprise Magento builds take a little longer. You'll get a firm timeline in your quote.

Which suppliers and feeds do you support?

RapNet, Nivoda, IDEX Online, VDB, Stuller and Polygon, plus custom supplier feeds. We handle natural and lab-grown diamonds, and can combine multiple suppliers into one unified search.

Do I control the markup and which diamonds show?

Yes. You set markup rules (flat, tiered or per-supplier), filter by the 4Cs, certificates, price bands and more. Nothing displays without your rules applied.

Will the pricing and inventory stay current?

Automatic sync keeps pricing and availability updated 24/7 from the supplier API, so customers never see stale or out-of-stock stones.

What does it cost?

Is my supplier data and API key safe?

Yes. Keys are stored securely server-side, never exposed to the browser, and we'll sign an NDA on request.
